excho0 7ee981feb2 mcpserver: add a save_model_profile admin tool (#728) ...

It reads the saved profile and changes only the fields it is given,
never takes a key, and keeps the saved one while the service stays the
same. The masked address list_model_profiles shows can be given back as
it is, now that #722 keeps the stored one.
