Follow-up to #104, #106 and #109; refs #80 and #81. This continues the desktop PR stack and must be rebased/retargeted after preceding squash merges.
Planner activity job IDs are keyboard-accessible links to /operations?job=….
Operations explicitly loads the linked job with GetJob, switches to jobs, highlights and focuses its card once without repeatedly scrolling on live updates.
A directly fetched job remains visible if absent from ListJobs; live list data takes precedence over an older fetch. Async responses for previous selections are ignored.
Loading/error/retry states are translated across all seven locales.
Adds five navigation/data-merge regression tests, run by the test command/CI introduced in #109.
Validation: npm test (11 passed total), npm run typecheck, npm run build and git diff --check passed locally. Existing build warnings remain. Reviewed effect dependencies, asynchronous cleanup and update behavior using React best-practices guidance.
Not yet verified end to end by clicking through a real planner-generated job in Electron, or visually on mobile/RTL. No issues are auto-closed; review and this PR's own CI remain required. #109 CI was successful at inspection time.
