apps/sisyphusd-rs was kept as a second implementation (#57 closed). Since then every change to the local API has needed a stub there, and it now answers most calls with "not available". Options: keep stubbing, bring it up to the Go daemon, or retire it. Needs both of us.

We’ve decided to continue with the Go daemon as the single implementation. We’ll focus our work on the desktop client and connect the UI we’ve already built to the Go daemon’s API. Thanks for laying out the options.
