Found during the V0 laptop run (#18).

The installer opens the app when it finishes, and the app starts its own node on the default data folder. Starting the coordinator by hand on that folder then fails with:

sisyphusd: open blob store C:\Users\…\AppData\Local\sisyphus\blobs: in use by another process (nodes sharing a machine each need their own --data-dir)

The message is accurate but doesn't say which process, so a person doesn't know the desktop app is the other node, or that closing the window only stops it after up to 30 s (daemonShutdownGraceMs).

Wanted: when the folder is held, say what holds it if we can tell, e.g. the PID from a lock file, plus a hint: "If the Sisyphus app is open, quit it (or wait a few seconds after closing it) and try again." Also cover this in the user guide.
